BURGER BREAKOUT | DAVE AHERN This Friday 29th – Saturday 30th March
Email reservations@houseofwolf.co.uk to book.
For one weekend only we are delighted to announce that Dave Ahern is resurrecting his sell-out pop up BURGER BREAKOUT in the House of Wolf kitchen.
It started as a (now legendary) one day pop-up event at 6 St Chads Place, Kings Cross last summer. With no promotion other than through social media the event saw 160 people eat through every burger there in 4 hours. Dave was quickly snapped up by the Old Crown in Holborn for a 6 month pop up residency, which was voted Burgaffair’s “best burger” within a week.
Dave not only takes extra special care in the way he makes his burgers, but also he goes ‘above and beyond’, consulting cheese experts, and ensuring everything from sauces to buns is made by himself from scratch, except of course the butcher’s bespoke blend of Black Angus/Longhorn that fleshes out the patties.
Dave is also known for sides like The Special Relationship (a Scotch Egg in hashbrown casing), or deep-fried fish donuts (“no you didn’t misread that”) served with tartar.
TO BOOK YOUR TABLE THIS FRIDAY OR SATURDAY, EMAIL RESERVATIONS@HOUSEOFWOLF.CO.UK.
SERVED ON 3 FLOORS
