About
Dishoom does Parsi, a style of Indian dish that has fallen out of fashion and is fading from the UK’s curry scene, despite being absolutely delicious. It’s an old Irani cafe from the streets of Bombay serving currys that are slightly different from the ones you might be used to. They’ll do you breakfast (Akuri – spicy scrambled eggs) and some chai, or a lunch of light grills and marinated cod that won’t weigh you down too much. It’s cheap too, especially for covent garden, so if you’re up for some curry you should check it out.
