Dechen Buddhist Meditation London is delighted to announce this special public event as part of H.E Ratna Vajra Rinpoche’s visit to the UK this spring. The evening’s teaching – entitled ‘Short Melody of the Eight Dream-Like Experiences’ – will be an inspiring exploration of meditation and the human condition.
This event will be enjoyed by those who wish to gain a broader understanding of meditation and the nature of mind as taught in this Buddhist tradition.
Born in 1974 in India, Ratna Vajra Rinpoche is the eldest son of H.H Sakya Trizin, the current head of the Sakya tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. He has been practising and studying meditation with many great masters from an early age and is considered to be one of the best qualified teachers of Buddhist philosophy and meditation.
