A feature of the newly refurbished Brixton Village Market, home of Brixton’s emerging culinary talent, Honest Burgers has made its name doing exactly what is set out to do – make simple, honest burgers. The menu is short but sweet, with beef burgers made from Ginger Pig chuck beef, chicken burgers and fritters for vegetarians. On the side are chips – triple cooked, crispy yet fluffy on the inside. When they keep it this simple, the burgers really can’t be faulted. With a branch in Brixton and another now open in Soho, Honest Burgers are going strength to strength.
