Jamie Oliver started restaurant chain Fifteen as way of giving unemployed youth belief in themselves through learning about food and good old fashioned hard work. The original restaurant is in London and opened in 2002. All profits go to charity. This is a professionally run kitchen, serving beautiful Italian food, alongside a pioneering Apprentice Programme. Since the first fifteen apprentices took on the course, over 220 more have graduated across all restaurants (there is one in Cornwall and another in Amsterdam).
