The highly-acclaimed Moscow Soloists under their charismatic artistic director Yuri Bashmet return to London’s Barbican as part of the UK’s ‘Year of Russian Culture’. This unique concert will be performed on the world’s finest instruments – by Antonio Stradivari and other Italian masters – provided by the Russian State Collection and the Collection of the Royal Academy of Music. The orchestra plays an exciting Russian/British programme of works by Britten, Shostakovich and Tchaikovsky.
