Fresh from performances in Paris’ iconic Notre-Dame Cathedral, some of the world’s most exciting young singers and instrumentalists join forces in London for Mozart’s final masterpiece: the powerful Requiem.
Southbank Sinfonia and the choir of Notre-Dame Cathedral, La Maîtrise Notre-Dame de Paris, present an evening of great works by classical music’s most remarkable prodigy. Alongside the Requiem, this all-Mozart concert also features ‘Eine kleine Nachtmusik’ and the choral delicacies of Misericordias Domini and Ave Verum performed by candlelight.
Joining the choir in their first UK performance are soloists from the Opéra national de Paris.
