On the 14th May, for one day only, healthier biscuit brand go ahead! is giving Londoners a chance to laugh themselves to a better mind and body with The go ahead! Laughter Yoga Studio at White Space, Leicester Square.
All sessions will be free for all attendees on one condition – that the group laughter levels reach a high enough decibel on the ‘go ahead! laugh-o-meter’ to ensure that positive vibes are spread. So, payment with laughs!
Run by laughter yoga expert, Melanie Bloch, on behalf of go ahead! the classes will be guaranteed to nourish both the mind and body to create the ultimate feel good experience. Not only is laughter yoga proven to boost morale and improve energy levels but you can also get a head start on your summer body while you’re having fun – in fact, 10 minutes of belly laughter has been proved to be the equivalent to 30 minutes of the plank for your core.
The studio has been launched following research from go ahead! showing that 70% of people would do more exercise if it was more fun, and 60% claimed that laughter would be their ideal form of exercise, making this the ideal experience to try out a new, fun fitness regime just in time for summer…
And – as if that wasn’t enough – anyone taking part in a session (be it ten minutes or an hour) will be given a free, fruity smoothie to take away with them.

Times: Four sessions can be booked throughout the day:
− 8:00am – 8:30am
− 1:00pm – 1:30pm
− 3:00pm – 3:30pm
− 6:00pm – 6:30pm
For the rest of the day people are encouraged to drop in, join an impromptu session and claim their free smoothie
